This chart contains 5 columns and shows a number of weekend days in advance
The critical column is column 3 which shows your intentions for a weekend day
If column 3 for a given date, shows I am NOT playing, I will not put you in the weekend times chart
Alternatively you can change column 3 to indicate your time preference<
It is a 3 step click process to change column 3
First you must change column 4 via the drop down button to change the value from NO to YES
Second you must change Column 5 to indicate your preferred time that you want to play
Third you must click the button to update your directions
If you know your schedule weeks in advance, you can change numerous days
When you finish, the screen will refresh and the new values will be updated in column 3 of the chart
